Brady is such a good natured little guy! He’s very easy going and happy. This month he became a lot more interactive with toys and people – much more alert and attentive to things around him. He’s wearing 9 month clothes, but not for long!
Of course, we do still have these moments!
This past summer we went to the Cape for a little R&R. We stayed in a house in Brewster and frequented the Dennis beaches – Corporation and Mayflower to be exact.
In addition to the beaches, we also had lake access and we used it for swimming, boating, tubing, and fishing.
This year we also had “family fun nights”. This was my mom’s fun night – sweatin’ to the oldies with fondue and martinis. She also provided the workout wear!
No vacation is complete without a date night! I surprised Kevin with a ride on a biplane and then we went out to Scargo Café for dinner. On our way home we stopped at Corporation beach and discovered the most amazing sunset! Tracy and Sean went the following night for a sunset photoshoot!
We had the best time and are looking forward to the next family getaway!
Here are a few of Allie’s favorite books to read before bed. We’ve made many trips to the library in the past few months and out of the dozens of books we’ve took home, these were the most requested reads.
I can’t help myself - there’s something about a nudey baby on a leopard pillow that makes me smile. My kids are probably going to kill me for it later!
It’s fun to compare this picture to Allie at the same age. I’m not sure if it’s the different camera lens and editing or if they really don’t look that much alike.
